The Quality Rosé Sparkling Wine Cuvée dei Frati Extra Brut Metodo Classico is a rosé sparkling wine of rare elegance, born from the experience of the Cà dei Frati company and inspired by the same grapes used in the Rosa dei Frati wine. A classic method wine resulting from an enological intuition matured at the table, with the aim of expressing the aromatic and structural potential of the Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera varieties.The winemaking takes place in steel, without malolactic fermentation, to keep its natural freshness intact. After a long period on the lees of about 24 months and an additional 4 months in the bottle post-disgorgement, the wine achieves a refined structure, combining delicacy and depth of flavor.It presents with a very fine perlage and an antique pink color of great charm. On the nose, it reveals its elegance, with saline notes, small red berries, and nuances of rose petal. On the palate, it is pleasant and fruity, with a caressing bubble and a clear savory freshness that enhances its drinkability and versatility at the table.Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs with refinement with fish dishes, even elaborate ones, complementing the entire meal with balance.
