Champagne Grand Meunier is a Blanc de Noirs composed of 100% Pinot Meunier grapes, coming from the heart of the Epernay hills. Winemaking involves fermentation with a minimum dosage, enhancing the varietal characteristics of the grapes. This Extra-Brut is produced entirely from free-run must and matures for at least 3 years, offering a generous and seductive character. The long aging in the bottle allows the wine to develop a creamy structure and intense aromas. The color is bright golden. On the palate, Champagne Grand Meunier is creamy and fruity, with notes of peach, plum, pear and candied fruit. The finish is elegant, fresh and honeyed, offering a refined and persistent sensory experience. This champagne pairs perfectly with baked white fish with new potatoes or with young, fruity cheeses such as Comté, enhancing the complexity and depth of the dishes.
