The Soave Classico “Foscarino” by Domìni Veneti is a white wine made from Garganega grapes grown in the historic Soave Classico area, in a specific geographic unit characterized by volcanic soils. This terroir imparts a pronounced mineral identity and great aromatic expressiveness to the wine, in a setting rich in natural biodiversity.The winemaking process includes gentle pressing of the grapes and controlled fermentation to preserve the varietal freshness. Part of the wine matures in second-use French barriques, while the remainder ages in steel, followed by blending, creating a balance between complexity and finesse.On the eye, it displays an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it reveals mineral and savory notes accompanied by fresh and persistent sensations.
