Cantaluce white wine is born in the vineyards of Fattoria Colsanto, in Montarone, in the heart of the splendid Montefalco area, in Umbria. Produced entirely with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes, the wine is vinified in wooden barrels and barriques. It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of yellow flowers, chamomile, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. The sip is fresh and mineral, with discreet persistence. Excellent with white meats and tasty seafood cuisine.
