The Kelter Lagrein Riserva of the Bottega Vinai di Cavit line was born in vineyards located in the foothill areas of the Adige Valley in Roveré della Luna and in Vallagarina, on the Besenello fan. It is produced solely from Lagrein grapes, an indigenous vine of the region. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, with a long maceration on the skins. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is placed in barriques, where malolactic fermentation and subsequent refinement take place. In the glass it presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose you can perceive aromas of raspberry and blueberry, vanilla and cocoa. The sip is complex and structured, with persistent persistence. Perfect for roasts and stews based on game and red meat.
