The Sant'Orsola red Vermouth of Turin is an aromatized wine, a heritage of the Piedmontese, made with DOC wine of Piedmontese origin and a selection of herbs, spices, flowers, bark and roots. The recipe involves the use of at least 5 Piedmontese herbs, including Roman wormwood, which gives the product a unique harmony. Dark garnet in colour, the scent is complex with notes of absinthe, spices, cinchona and citrus fruits. The flavor is balanced between the bitterness of the bark and the sweetness of the sugar. Perfect pure or as a base for classic cocktails.
