Sauvignon Blanc trocken - Michel Schneider

Sauvignon Blanc trocken - Michel SchneiderSauvignon Blanc trocken - Michel SchneiderThe Sauvignon Blanc from the pen of Michel Schneider from the Palatinate offers a bright, light yellow color in the wine glass. To the nose, this Michel Schneider white wine reveals all sorts of green apple, gooseberry and green banana. The Michel Schneider Sauvignon Blanc presents itself to the wine drinker wonderfully dry. This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine beyond the 4-euro mark. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully light. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of green banana and gooseberry show. Vinification of the Michel Schneider Sauvignon Blanc This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off. Food recommendation for Michel Schneider Sauvignon Blanc This German wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to leek tortilla, potato pan with salmon or spinach gratin with almonds.
