Château Lauriga Le Cadet Côtes du Roussillon AOP 0,75 ℓ

The red wine Le Cadet of Château Lauriga was born in vineyards located mostly in Thuir, near Perpignan, in Roussillon. The wine is made from Syrah, Carignano and Grenache grapes. They are vinified internally in vats saturated with carbonic gas and there they macerate for approx. a week. Garnet red in colour, the nose reveals aromas of cherry and ripe fruit, enriched with notes of sweet spices. The sip is rich and soft, with silky and long-lasting tannins. Excellent with grilled meats and stewed game.
