The red color of the drink comes naturally from the red pulp of the apples, with no additives or preservatives. The Red Moon 99.6 is available in elegant champagne bottles á 0.75 liters with cork and capsule for a noble appearance. Production of the Red Moon 99.6 In September and October, Red Moon apples are harvested from Italian plantations. Only quality apples are then stored under a controlled atmosphere so that the aromas can develop optimally.The gentle cold pressing through a belt press ensures that the red flesh color is preserved. During filtration, turbidity is removed to achieve clarity of the product. The juice resulting from the cold pressing is bottled and then goes through the pasteurization process. Carbon dioxide is added to give Red Moon 99.6 even more pep.
