Fresh nose of pickled mirabelle plum, peach-passion fruit yogurt, pureed banana and banana jelly, a hint of pasta spice. Clear and delicately juicy, powerful body, seems very dry, lively and fresh with a pull, barely noticeable extract sweetness, stony aromas of pebbles and lime, herbal notes, some fresh pome fruit and a hint of citrus, unobtrusive and rather restrained in the finale with green apple and again citrus notes.
