Only hand-picked grapes from the best and oldest vines are used for Numerus Clausus. The name says it all, because the result is an exclusive terroir wine produced in a very limited edition. It matures in barriques for 30 months and impresses with its incredibly concentrated, yet gentle and well-balanced taste.
