Valuable fruit of the Nerello Mascalese of Contrada Montelaguardia comes to life in eastern Sicily, north side of Etna, in the Montelaguardia district of Randazzo. The composition of the sandy soil, rich in minerals, gives the wine elegance and style. After the harvest, manual and in small wooden boxes, the fermentation takes place in steel with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at a temperature of 25 ° C.
