Whitley Neill's Alcohol Free Rhubarb & Ginger is an alcohol-free version of the famous premium Rhubarb & Ginger gin, maintaining the same unmistakable taste inspired by English gardens. This alcohol-free gin offers the freshness of rhubarb, which provides a crunchy and acidic note, while ginger adds a pleasant warmth to the palate. The production uses the UK’s only Spinning Cone Vacuum Column Still, a process that preserves the flavours and aromatic notes intact during distillation, without them being compromised by heat. The distillate is separated into three streams: water, existing flavours and alcohol, with the water and essences then reunited to recreate an alcohol-free gin. The nose reveals the same fresh and aromatic notes as the alcoholic version, with a perfect balance between the acidulous rhubarb and the spicy ginger. On the palate it is light, crisp and refreshing, with a soft and warm finish that leaves a feeling of well-being without the presence of alcohol.
