The Trentino Superiore Quattro Vicariati by Cavit originates from the hills adjacent to the Adige River, in the municipalities of Mori, Rovereto, and Avio, in the province of Trento.It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes, harvested strictly by hand. After the fermentation process, which takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine ages in barriques and small oak barrels for 18 months.It displays a bright ruby color. On the nose, it reveals enveloping balsamic notes, enriched by hints of plum and blackberry. On the palate, it shows great balance and softness, pleasantly spicy in the finish.Ideal to serve with hearty first courses with rich sauces, it pairs well with grilled meats and aged cheeses.
