The story begins in 2002, when Orlando Nugnes fulfilled his dream and built the winery with his son Antonio and grandson Orlando Jr. Thanks to their high level of professionalism, innovation, hard work, and outstanding wines, they quickly transformed the winery from a simple winery into a flagship company. The mild, temperate climate, the fertile soils rich in volcanic elements, and the pleasant Campania sunshine contribute to enriching the wines with intense and delicate aromas. His curiosity about the exciting and trendy Primitivo grape variety prompted Orlando Nugnes to start producing top-quality Primitivo wines in neighboring Apulia. The name Enne comes from the Latin Anno, meaning year. Although the wine is aged briefly in used barriques, it is conceived as an uncomplicated, fresh, and fruity wine. Color: dark black-red with violet reflections. Aroma: ripe wild berries and cherries, spices. Palate: full-fruity, sweet tannins, fine acidity.
