Lemberger VDP.Ortswein Stetten Karl Haidle

The Lemberger local wine was bottled for the first time with the 2021 vintage and completes the Lemberger range. It contains grapes from the first location STETTENER HÄDER, as well as from various other selected locations in Stetten. They are mostly old vines with small-berried grapes, which produce a strong and spicy Lemberger despite the comparatively cool location. The grapes are fermented spontaneously and then mature for about 12 months in barriques on the fine yeast. Fully ripe cherries and a little black pepper on the nose. On the palate with a lot of structure and wonderful fruitiness. In the powerful finale, spicy aromas skilfully round off the whole thing.
