Le Renard Bourgogne Chardonnay - Château de Chamirey

With their Renard line, the Devillard family (Domaine de Perdrix in Nuits St Georges, Chateau Chamirey in Mercurey) presents wines that perfectly express the character of the grape varieties and their region. The nose is intense and complex. The scent develops florally, with notes of anise, but also notes of exotic fruits (pineapple). On the palate, the wine is rich with a beautiful volume. Exotic fruit notes can be found in the taste. Perfect with Thai salads, but also with fresh goat cheese and also an excellent aperitif.
