And while Sangre de Toro has long since established itself as its own brand with a colorful series of wines, the original has remained true to itself over the years: a deep red, lively cuvée made from Garnacha tinta and Cariñena. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and only partially matured in oak barrels, the original Sangre de Toro retains its juicy fruit and freshness with fine aromas of red berries and licorice, a spicy hint of black pepper, structure and balance on the palate. Sangre de Toro - Original is available in stores ready to drink, but can also be stored for a few more years.
