The lovely Portugieser and Dornfelder is characterized by its particularly fruity and velvety nature. The focus is on aromas of red berries and milk chocolate. Thanks to the balanced fruit acid, it pampers the palate with a pleasant smoothness without losing any of its juicy liveliness. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house, where they are carefully selected and carefully opened. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the lovely Portugieser and Dornfelder can rest on the fine yeast for a few months in order to continue to mature harmoniously.
