Cabernet Sauvignon - Black Stallion Estate Winery

Five vineyards in different areas of the Napa Valley contributed their grapes to this classic Napa Cab. Harvested separately, the grapes were selected and carefully vinified at the winery. The wine was then aged for 20 months, 80% in French barriques and 20% in American barriques, separated by origin. The result is a full-bodied and balanced Cabernet Sauvignon characterized by blackberries, cassis, black cherries, peppermint and cocoa, with silky, very well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish.
