This spumante is produced since 1902 and symbolizes the history of the winery Ferrari. It has a straw yellow color with greenish hues and an intense bouquet of Golden Delicious apples, wildflowers and yeast. It is clear on the palate, harmonious, supple, with hints of ripe fruit and fresh bread.
