Pinot Rosé Sekt Brut - Martin Waßmer

Cool, delicately yeasty nose of yellow apple, almonds, and raspberries. Clear and finely juicy, lively and fresh, with a fine, persistent perlage, fresh stone fruit, apple and pear, almond cream, raspberries, and herbal spice. Mineral and rich in extract, initially appearing dry, then with a developing, delicate extract sweetness, slightly salty and herbal minerality, a hint of astringency, long and elegant with refreshing stone fruit and a fine salinity.
