The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Piedmont. The vines root deeply into flinty soils here. The grapes for this Italian red wine are harvested exclusively by hand once perfectly ripe. After harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wooden tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the elegant Bramaterra is further matured for 28 months in barrels made from Slavoonian oak.
