Nat'Cool Drink Me Branco 1,0 l - Quinta de BaixoThe Nat' Cool Drink Me Branco from Quinta de Baixo is an uncomplicated, animating and naturally cool white wine cuvée from the Portuguese wine-growing region of Minho. This wine is vinified from the grape varieties Arinto, Avesso, Azal Branco, Loureiro and Trajadura. In the glass, this wine presents a pale straw yellow color with sparkling reflections. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by fruity aromas of crisp green apples and fresh citrus fruits. These are joined by subtle hints of fresh bread. On the palate, this Portuguese white wine shows a slightly animating carbonic acid and fresh acidity. This gives the Nat' Cool Drink Me Branco its wonderful liveliness. Vinification of the Quinta de Baixo Nat' Cool Drink Me Branco The grapes for this cuvée are harvested by hand and immediately brought to the wine cellar of Quinta de Baixo. There the grapes are pressed in the old style. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and bottled naturally cloudy.
