Vino Rosa - Conti Thun

Vino Rosa - Conti ThunVino Rosa - Conti ThunThe elegant Vino Rosa from the hand of Conti Thun flows into the glass with a bright purple-red color. The first nose of Vino Rosa reveals nuances of peaches, acacia and roses. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by additional fruity-balsamic nuances. This Italian wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with an exceptionally low residual sugar content. As you would expect from a wine, this Italian naturally delights, despite all its dryness, with a most delicate balance. Aroma does not necessarily require sugar. Balanced and multi-layered, this crisp, light and silky rosé wine presents itself on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Lombardy wine-growing region finally impresses with a lovely length. Hints of strawberry and acacia appear once again. Vinification of Conti Thun Vino Rosa The basis for the balanced Vino Rosa from Italy is grapes from the Sangiovese, Barbera and Groppello varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After vinification, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off. Food recommendation for Vino Rosa from Conti Thun Ideally, enjoy this rosé wine from Italy well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompanying wine to spaghetti with caper-tomato sauce, spinach gratin with almonds or vegetable stew with pesto.
