Only the best harvested grapes were used for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Cantina Tonello. In Veneto, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay and volcanic rock soils. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and concrete at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
