Herbal and spicy nose with lots of vineyard peach and tart citrus zest, a hint of ice candy and some fresh hay with chamomile. Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with a straight structure, very tightly laced waist and powerful backbone, invigorating and refreshing with plenty of character, high mineral concentration on the palate with lots of rock, seems crumbly and almost dusty, a hint of perfectly integrated extract sweetness, slightly astringent, deep and complex, herbal and spicy finish with tart grapefruit, salty minerality with fine pressure and some salt.
