Retro Red Selection Vipavska Dolina Zgp - Guerila Wines

Cuvée from the international varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc and the Italian Barbera. After several weeks of fermentation with wild yeasts and spontaneous BSA, it is aged for two years in large traditional wooden barrels. Like all wines at Guerila Wines, only minimally sulphurized and bottled according to the moon phase calendar. Deep in color, with ripe dark fruit of black cherries and plums. Earthy notes, graphite and undergrowth, lots of spice with black pepper, walnut and liquorice.
