Le Blanc Il Disperato Bianco Trevenezie IGT - Az.Agr. Buglioni SA
In the summer of 1993, the Buglioni family, originally a long-established family of restaurateurs, fulfilled a long-held dream and acquired an old farmhouse along with five hectares of vineyards and olive groves. Today, the estate has likely grown many times over, but all the vineyards owned by the Buglionis are located in the original Valpolicella Classico region, the hilly area east of Lake Garda, with the best sites on the Sant'Ambrogio plateau and in the San Pietro valley. The Buglioni estate produces its only white wine from prized indigenous grape varieties. A mineral, fresh wine, it is aged for just four months 'sur lie', on the lees, in stainless steel tanks. It got its name, The Desperate One, because no one could agree on a name for this wine; ultimately, out of discord, it became The Desperate One. Color: light straw yellow. Aroma: intense bouquet of tropical fruits like pineapple. Taste: fresh, mild acidity, complex aroma of yellow fruits like mango.| Price |
