This Nebbiolo d'Alba comes to life from the sunny slopes of the Roero, from vineyards located on the left bank of the Tanaro river, and in some municipalities of the Langhe. Pure Nebbiolo, ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C. It ages for 6 months in steel and ages for 9 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. It has a garnet red color with slight orange reflections. The nose alternates delicate ethereal and red berry notes with violet and spices. The warm, voluminous and complex palate has a harmonic and at times austere texture, with a pleasant texture of silky tannins. Fantastic in the company of risotto and braised meats, it goes well with game dishes and aged cheeses.
