The Crémant is vinified using traditional methods. Bottle fermentation on the lees lasts at least 24 months. The nose reveals nuances of mango, fresh pear, and orange zest. On the palate, it is beautifully firm with fine, persistent bubbles, fresh stone fruit, and delicate fruit sweetness. Lively structure with a hint of blossom honey on the finish.
