This Spanish white wine sparkles in the glass in a bright straw yellow. Its direct and inviting nose unfolds delicate, fresh aromas with hints of gooseberry and herbs. This wine appears extremely fresh and elegant on the palate, with light, delicious fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing acidity. Gooseberry notes are again found in the dry finish. A light, pleasant and uncomplicated Verdejo. Vinification of the Gorgorito Verdejo The harvested grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resulting must is pressed after a short standing period. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where it rounds off until bottling.
