Palladino Ornato Barolo DOCG 0,75 ℓ

Barolo Ornato is produced by the Palladino winery, founded in 1974 in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe. It consists of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks. The wine ages in large oak barrels for 24 months. Ruby red in color with garnet hues, it opens to the nose with aromas of rose, cherries, blood orange and cinchona. The sip is intense and structured, with fine tannins and a long persistence. Excellent in particular with grilled red meats, stewed game and seasoned and blue cheeses.
