Aging continues for 12 months in barriques and a further 24 months in oak barrels, then a period in bottle follows to integrate and harmonize the bouquet.Tasting notesIn the glass it shows an intense garnet red color with ruby highlights. The nose reveals sour cherry, ripe cherry, and dried plum, with hints of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spices from the wood.
