The Vicenza Cabernet Sauvignon of the Torre dei Vescovi di Colli Vicentini line is born in vineyards located in Montecchio Maggiore, in the heart of the Vicenza hills. It is produced entirely with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26 ° C. Subsequently the wine is aged partly in steel and partly in wood, before being bottled. This Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense vinous scent, enriched with characteristic spicy notes. On the palate it is dry and rightly tannic, with a finish characterized by a slight hint of cocoa. Perfect to accompany roasts and red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
