The Reine Pedauque Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc Brut is an elegant expression of Crémant, produced with a blend of Chardonnay, Gamay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté. The grapes come from the Côtes and Hautes Côtes of Beaune and Nuits and from the Côte Chalonnaise, offering a perfect balance between structure and freshness. The winemaking follows the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle and Sur latte maturation for 12 months, resulting in an exceptional aromatic complexity and finesse of the bubbles. The addition of the liqueur d'expedition before the final corking highlights the craftsmanship in the creation of this Crémant. Visually, it presents a white gold color and fine bubbles.
