This area is particularly renowned for the production of white wines thanks to its favorable climate and hillside position.How it's madeThe Friulano and Ribolla Gialla grapes, hand-picked and selected, undergo cold maceration fermentation, partly in Allier barriques and partly in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 10–12°C. The wine ages for approximately 6 months in the same containers and then in the bottle.Tasting notesThe wine shows a golden yellow color with intense reflections. On the nose, floral scents of chamomile, acacia blossom, and broom emerge, along with notes of yellow peach and apple; the finish recalls hints of fresh bread and vanilla. On the palate, it is refined and fruity, with a smooth texture and an elegant, floral, slightly savory finish. The balance between acidity, softness, and a light spiciness provides a clean, persistent sip.Food pairingThis white pairs well with smoked fish appetizers, shellfish, and seafood dishes, thanks to its freshness and savory finish.
