Cantina Castelnuovo del Garda Ca' Vegar Bardolino DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Bardolino is produced by the Castelnuovo del Garda winery or Cantina Sociale Veronese del Garda and belongs to the Ca' Vegar line. It is made up of the classic Venetian grapes, namely Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, destemmed and pressed. The vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks with a long maceration on the skins. The wine then ages for 4 months in steel. Brilliant ruby red in colour, it reveals aromas of violet and red fruit on the nose. The sip is fresh, with a pleasant fruity finish. The wine goes perfectly with first courses, dishes with fatty fish and legume soups.
