The Bolgheri Sassi Sparsi of Rocca delle Macie was born near Castagneto Carducci, from vineyards belonging to the Piccoli Cerbaro family, selected with the help of the Zingarelli family. A land composed mainly of stones, a marine climate caressed by the breeze and the wild nature that surrounds the vingeti are the ingredients for this unique expression of the Bolgheri terroir. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot the blend. It is obtained by fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration of about 8-10 days on the skins. It matures in wood and ages in the bottle before being placed on the market. Intense ruby red color. The nose is large and intense, with hints that recall red-fleshed fruit and delicate notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and well-structured, with a pleasant aromatic persistence at the end of the mouth.
