Hierbas Ibicencas Rama by Familia Mari Mayans is a typical Ibizan liqueur, made with a combination of native aromatic herbs. This spirit is characterized by its intense aniseed aroma, enriched with vegetal and floral notes that evoke the essence of the Mediterranean. The production process is done through the maceration, distillation and infusion of herbs such as frígola, rosemary, mint, chamomile and juniper berries. These plants are combined with aniseed sprigs, sugar and alcohol of agricultural origin, giving the liqueur its distinctive organoleptic characteristics.
