The exciting autochthonous grape variety Verdil is an endangered variety and permitted in the regions of Alicante, Valencia and Yecla. Interesting notes of meadow herbs and freshly cut grass, a pleasant freshness given its southern origin. Grown on old, low-yielding vines on poor limestone in Fontanares.
