Rebel.Lia Tinto Utiel-Requena D.O. - Vegalfaro

Two thirds of Tempranillo and one third of Garnacha initially ferment separately in stainless steel before they meet for a mutual rest period in (deliberately used) barriques made from French oak. Expressive nose of coconut and cocoa, in the mouth there are subtle hints of bitter almonds, which provide tension and complexity. A subtle fruity note of red currants rounds off the taste. Has taken our customers' palates and hearts by storm.
