Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge AOC Pierre André

The 2022 vintage was once again very hot and dry on the Rhône. It's incredible how the André family continues to produce such magnificent wines under such conditions. Congratulations! A refined, complex nose of dark berries, spices, herbs, and a hint of eucalyptus. Finely balanced, silky, and equally complex tannins. A full-bodied palate with wonderful aromas of sour cherries, plums, and a hint of dark chocolate. Overall, still somewhat closed, but the potential is clearly evident.
