After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in concrete and large wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the powerful Villamagna Riserva Hoki is matured for 32 months in oak barrels.
