After harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently broken. The fermentation follows in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the Bin 2 Shiraz Mataro is aged for an additional 8 months in barriques made of French and American oak.
