Dernauer Pfarrwingert Spätburgunder GG - Meyer-Näkel
The Catholic parish church in Dernau is still the landowner of this plot of land today - hence the name. The particularly favorable southern exposure and the slope, combined with the easily warmed soil, lead to a favorable microclimate. The greywacke found here is a grainy rubble sediment that is baked with clay slate fragments to form a sandstone-like structure. The parish vineyard thus produces extremely fragrant wines with subtle fruit and fine spice. The aromas range from dark red forest fruits to earthy minerality to floral scents, tea aromas and a little eucalyptus. Here, too, a lot of new wood was used in the development, but this never pushes itself into the foreground stylistically, but remains harmoniously integrated.| Price |
