The Sekt Cuvée Pinot is an Old World wine through and through, as this German wine exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently pressed. The base wines are then fermented. After blending the final sparkling wine, further maturation follows on the basis of the traditional bottle fermentation method. This is followed by bottle ageing for 12 months.
