Ca' di Rajo Vino Spumante Manzoni Rosa Extra Dry 0,75 ℓ

Manzoni Rosa Extra Dry comes to life from the Rai di San Polo di Piave vineyards of the Ca' di Rajo estate. Result of a very soft pressing of Incrocio Manzoni 1-50 grapes, a cross made between the Traminer and Trebbiano grapes, it starts the sparkling process in steel pressurized tanks according to the long Charmat method. In the glass it shows a delicate pale pink colour and a subtle and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet is very delicate and refined, with persuasive notes of berries and citrus fruits, accompanied by hints of dried rose and ripe apricot. On the palate it presents an enviable harmony between freshness and sweetness, bringing a velvety consistency towards a dry and persistent aftertaste. Suitable as an aperitif, it is excellent with light appetizers and vegetable and seafood dishes.
