Piandaccoli Vivendi Toscana Bianco IGT 0,75 ℓ

Piandaccoli's Vivendi Tuscan white wine is produced with a blend of Chardonnay and white Malvasia grapes, which come from the Virginia and Lastra vineyards. At the end of the harvest, the grapes undergo soft pressing and ferment in steel, where they then refine for 12 months. Finally, it rests in the bottle for 4 months before being released on the market. It is a straw yellow colored wine with greenish hues. The nose offers aromas of yellow fruit and tropical fruit. In the mouth the sip has a fair acidity, minerality and persistence. Ideal in combination with fish-based dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
