Vinification of the Codorníu Anna de Codorníu Brut Rosé The basis for the elegant Anna de Codorníu Brut Rosé from Catalonia are grapes from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. The fermentation of the base wines follows.
